Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting our "Get Started" form, subscribing, or otherwise using Reputation Tap (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What We Provide

Reputation Tap connects to a Google Business Profile you authorize and provides AI-generated draft or published responses to that business's Google reviews, along with related account and reporting tools.

3. Your Authorization

By submitting the Get Started form, you confirm that you are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you provide, and you authorize Reputation Tap's Google account to be added as a Manager on that profile so we can operate the Service on your behalf. You're responsible for making sure that access stays valid — if you remove our Manager access, the Service will stop working until it's restored.

4. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled.
• To cancel, contact us at reputationtap@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Refunds

6. AI-Generated Responses

Review responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we aim for accurate, on-brand, appropriately toned responses, AI-generated text can occasionally be inaccurate or not reflect exactly what you'd say yourself. You're responsible for reviewing how the Service is configured (e.g. whether responses post automatically or require your approval) and for the content ultimately published to your Business Profile.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, defamatory, or misleading content in review responses
• Attempt to manipulate or manufacture reviews in violation of Google's policies
• Access or attempt to access Business Profiles you're not authorized to manage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

We own the Reputation Tap name, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your business information and the content of your Google reviews.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that AI-generated responses will improve your rating, increase customer volume, or produce any specific business outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reputation Tap isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to content published to your Google Business Profile.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or if required access to your Google Business Profile is revoked.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State / Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
