Reputation Tap ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-assisted tool that helps businesses respond to their Google reviews. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

When you fill out our "Get Started" form, we collect:

• Business details — name, address, website, and your Google Maps / Business Profile link
• The email address of the Google account that manages your business listing
• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Optional details you choose to share — approximate review volume, current rating, preferred response tone, and any notes

When you subscribe, payment is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number, expiration date, or CVC — Stripe collects that directly on our behalf. We do receive your email address and subscription status from Stripe so we can manage your account.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To locate and connect to your Google Business Profile, once you've authorized us to do so
• To generate and, where you've enabled it, publish AI-drafted responses to your reviews
• To communicate with you about your account, onboarding, and billing
• To improve our service and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Who We Share Information With

• Google — to read and respond to reviews on the Business Profile you connect, once you've granted us Manager access
• Stripe — to process your subscription payment

We don't share your information with anyone else except as required by law.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy before doing so.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7.

7. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at reputationtap@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with an updated date.
